A family business, in which “always” on self-production and solid craft was set. Solidly produced – from fresh, regional ingredients and according to traditional recipes – are the dishes and snacks including pastries from the in-house bakery. So why not also produce the coffee itself?

Since early summer 2022, the time has come: at Gersthofer Markt in Vienna, Diglas now also roasts, blends and brews its own coffee. Handcrafted, with great care and attention to detail and a penchant for good taste.

The coffee blends are unique and so far only available at Meierei Diglas in Türkenschanzpark, at Diglas am Markt and at Café Diglas in Wollzeile. An enjoyable insider tip!
