Our coffee beans like it airy and with a beautiful view. They thrive particularly well in the highlands of Latin America. NAAFF likes high altitude and thrives best at 1500-1800m above sea level.
At Cottage Rosters, only Arabica beans are roasted. This ensures a high flavor variety with extremely fine flavors – from slightly sweet to fruity to powerfully spicy and chocolaty. NAAFF is a genuine Caturra Catui.

Anaerobically fermented for 72h and then sun-dried for 22 days before being roasted as Single Origin.
For NAAFF, we source our beans from Cordillera de fuego | Luis Eduardo Campos. The transport takes place in airtight “Specialty Coffee” bags up to a maximum of 60 kilograms. Bulk goods from loose containerized bulk is a no-go for us.
