Our coffee beans like it airy and with a beautiful view. They thrive particularly well in the highlands of Latin America. Salieri feels most at home at around 1400m above sea level.
At Cottage Rosters, only Arabica beans are roasted. This ensures a high flavor variety with extremely fine flavors – from slightly sweet to fruity to powerfully spicy and chocolaty.
Salieri comes from Ocotal in Nicaragua.
Washed, that is, a washed preparation of the beans and then roasted as Single Origin.
For Salieri, we source our beans from Cafetos de Segovia. They are transported in airtight “Specialty Coffee” bags weighing no more than 60 kilograms. Bulk goods from loose container fill are a no-go for us.
Butter Buscuit and Cashew with a touch of Nectarine-Orange, simply delicious.
Our roasts are ideal for mocha, espresso and fully automatic. So you can enjoy our blends everywhere – in the office, at home and in (almost) all Diglas coffee houses.
