Our coffee beans like it airy and with a beautiful view. They thrive particularly well in the highlands of Latin America. Waldeck likes high altitudes and thrives best at 1800-2400m above sea level.
At Cottage Rosters, only Arabica beans are roasted. This ensures a high flavor variety with extremely fine flavors – from slightly sweet to fruity to powerfully spicy and chocolaty.
Waldeck comes from Chota | Querocoto | Cajamarca in Peru.
Washed, that is, a washed preparation of the beans and then roasted as Single Origin.
For Waldeck, we source our beans from Rutas del Inca. They are transported in airtight “Specialty Coffee” bags weighing no more than 60 kilograms. Bulk goods from loose containers are a no-go for us.
Apple, paired with honey and floral-fruity note, simply heavenly.
Our roasts are ideal for mocha, espresso and fully automatic. So you can enjoy our blends everywhere – in the office, at home and in (almost) all Diglas coffee houses.
