Marsano

Wilhelm von Marsano was able to make a name for himself as a playwright and storyteller of the late Romantic period. His comedy “The Heroes” was performed at the Burgtheater in Vienna. Our Marsano from El Salvador tastes lustily of milk chocolate and pralines with ripe summer cherry notes in the finish.

GROWTH HEIGHT

Our coffee beans like it airy and with a beautiful view. They thrive particularly well in the highlands of Latin America. Marsano feels at home between 1400-1700m above sea level.

BEAN TYPE

At Cottage Rosters, only Arabica beans are roasted. This ensures a high flavor variety with extremely fine flavors – from slightly sweet to fruity to powerfully spicy and chocolaty.

ORIGIN

Marsano comes from Los Naranjos in El Salvador.

PROCESSING

Washed, that is, a washed preparation of the beans and then roasted as Single Origin.

FARM/COOPEARTIVE

For Marsano, we source our beans from Finca Los Naranjos. They are transported in airtight “Specialty Coffee” bags weighing no more than 60 kilograms. Bulk goods from loose container fill are a no-go for us.

Our roasts are ideal for mocha, espresso and fully automatic. So you can enjoy our blends everywhere – in the office, at home and in (almost) all Diglas coffee houses.
